Reset your login password
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password.
- Enter your registered number.
- Type the SMS OTP.
- Set and confirm a new password.
- Sign in straight away to confirm.
Withdrawal password
That one lives under Account → Security. If you’ve forgotten it, the same OTP method usually works; if not, support can help after verifying you.
Make it stick this time
- Use a passphrase: three words and a number.
- Save it in your phone’s password manager.
- Don’t reuse your UPI PIN or email password.
Signs someone else tried your account
- You get an OTP SMS you didn’t request.
- You’re logged out without signing in elsewhere.
- Your balance or bank details changed.
If any of these happen, reset the password immediately, set a new withdrawal password and tell support.
