Three dice give 216 possible rolls. Group them by total and you get a hill — tall in the middle, flat at the edges. Every K3 payout follows that hill.
The hill, in numbers
| Total | Rolls · chance |
|---|---|
| 10 / 11 | 27 each · 12.5% |
| 9 / 12 | 25 · 11.6% |
| 8 / 13 | 21 · 9.7% |
| 7 / 14 | 15 · 6.9% |
| 6 / 15 | 10 · 4.6% |
| 5 / 16 | 6 · 2.8% |
| 4 / 17 | 3 · 1.4% |
| 3 / 18 | 1 · 0.5% |

Keep it calm
What works
- 10-minute board: 6 rolls an hour
- Big/Small or Odd/Even for steady play
Watch out for
- Chasing 3 or 18
- Raising stakes after a loss
An example evening
Bet ₹20 on Big every roll of the 10-minute board for an hour: six rolls, ₹120 staked, an expected cost of about ₹2–3. Do the same on the 1-minute board and it’s sixty rolls, ₹1,200 staked and roughly ten times the expected cost — with far bigger swings.
